When you request a web site from Arrow Web Design, there will be an initial consultation period. If geographically possible, this consultation will be face to face, with a visit from the designer. If this is not possible, a consultation will take place over the phone or by email. This period of consultation aims to discover the customers exact needs and preferences for their web site.
With the aims and preferences in mind, a number of concept images are then produced by Arrow Web Design. If necessary, these concept images can be re-worked until the desired image is achieved. When the final concept image is chosen, web development begins.
Once the web site is complete, the site is validated to the industry standard, which is set by the W3C. This check ensures that a site is never handed over to the customer until it meets these world wide standards. The customer can therefore be confident that their web site is of top quality.
